When true, include the database "connect timeout" preference. This isn't needed on embedded database implementations; in that instance there's no point in showing the preference.

permitAutoDelete

When true, enables setting the delete-by-count and delete-by-size radio buttons to "Delete" (the alternative is "Warn"). (Note: currently this feature is not functional anyway.)
