Houston, we have ignition.


Well, it might not seem so monumental to anyone but me, but after almost three years of development, well over 130,000 lines of code, fits and starts, this week seems to be the one when either things go airborne or hit the fan (which I suppose is just another form of airborne, but a lot less pleasant depending on where one is standing).

Those who've sent in Writer's Surveys as part of the Ceryle Evaluation will be receiving those first public copies of Ceryle, and while I'm a bit nervous, I must admit to a bit of excitement too. I have no idea really how it will be received, and whether after people initially download and play with it if they'll end up actually using it.

But one step at a time... and this week is a first step.
